We offer the following shipping methods for deliveries within Bangladesh:

Standard Shipping (2-5 Business Days): BDT 60

Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days): BDT 120

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Delivery Delays

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, strikes, or other external factors.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO

Addresses Our store ships to addresses within Bangladesh. We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping:

• We ship internationally using DHL Express.
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, typically ranging from 3-7 business days.
• International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.
• Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply to international shipments and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

• You can track your order on the DHL Express website using the provided tracking number.
